Location: Taunton, Somerset Contract: Full‑Time, Permanent Salary: Leadership Scale (Negotiable based on experience) A respected secondary school in Taunton is seeking a driven and compassionate Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to lead their SEND department from September 2025. This is a strategic leadership position integral to ensuring that pupils with additional needs receive excellent support across academic, social, and emotional domains—without becoming an Assistant Head role.
