While prior experience in special needs is not required, a solid understanding of the needs of learners with ALN (Additional Learning Needs) and/or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges would be beneficial. Candidates with a background in mainstream education or experience as care or support workers will be well-suited for this role.
