Job Description Based at Fairmuir House, 365 Clepington Road, you will work full time, 37 hours per week. The annual salary for this post is in the region of £34,315. Requirements You will be a time served slater with Trade Certification or SVQ3. Responsibilities You will carry out all the disciplines of slater and roof tile work within Construction Services ensuring the required standards of workmanship are achieved. The Individual You will have experience in all aspects of new and refurbishment slating and tiling projects, fault finding, repairs and maintenance works. You will have a sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and safe working practices. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
