About The Role: Days of Working: Monday to Friday Additional Details: Occasional weekend call outs Responsibilities • Completion of PPM to all Mechanical elements of the building. • Completion of reactive tasks as required / directed • Completion of ad-hoc building services works • Completion of quoted works both inside and outside of normal working hours • Occasional report writing • Observe and comply with company Health Safety & Environmental procedures. • Be an ambassador for OCS, maintain their core values • Be an ambassador for Somerset House & interaction with public. • Carry out any further reasonable requests made by management Skills and Experience • City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 in Mechanical, Plumbing, HAVAC installation and maintenance • General building skills • Prepared to work unsociable hours • Client facing - able to communicate at all levels • Trained in ACOP L8 Desirable • Multi skilled across all FM trades including building fabric and minor electrical works • Experienced in the installation of building services, specifically with all types of pipework How to Apply: If you are interested in joining a business that encourages professional development, career progression and the chance to work with inspirational people then please click apply and register your interest!
