Head of Compliance Remote Role - Ideally based in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire or Leicestershire Full-Time - Permanent £45,000 - £50,000 Eaton Syalon are exclusively working with a high growth business in the search for a Head of Compliance. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a senior compliance professional to lead a growing team and drive forward strategic compliance initiatives across the group. Role Responsibilities: Lead, develop and mentor a compliance team of 9 Build a high-performing, collaborative compliance culture Oversee day-to-day compliance activity and deliver strategic projects Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory authorities Respond to due diligence requests, RFIs, and regulatory risk assessments Conduct risk-based reviews of services and operations to mitigate compliance risks Drive improvements across AML, policy, onboarding, and training processes Lead internal compliance improvement projects, enhancing controls, systems, and reporting Ensure onboarding, KYC, and KYB checks meet relevant regulatory standards Work with senior management and the board to embed compliance into business strategy Skills: - Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior compliance position (regulated environment preferred) - Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements (FCA, AML, KYC/KYB) - Confident leading projects and managing external regulatory relationships - Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and confident communication skills - Experience working in a fast-paced, growing business and managing multiple workstreams .
