Current Opportunities Private Client Associate (3–5 PQE) Advise on wills, estate planning, IHT mitigation, and family trusts Work closely with private individuals, trustees, and financial advisers Handle probate, powers of attorney, and succession strategies STEP qualification preferred or working towards Commercial Planning Solicitor Advise on planning applications, appeals, CIL, and Section 106 Agreements Represent clients including developers, local authorities, and property investors Strong grasp of planning and environmental law essential Ideal for lawyers with 2 years PQE in public/private sector planning work Residential & Commercial Conveyancer Manage caseloads from instruction to post-completion Handle sales, purchases, leasehold/freehold matters, and re-mortgages Liaise with agents, lenders, clients, and Land Registry Role open to solicitors, licensed conveyancers, or experienced fee earners Trusts & Estates Advisor Provide technical advice on discretionary and life interest trusts Advise on trust registration, compliance, and succession Support private client teams with tax-efficient strategies Experience in trust administration and tax reporting is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary structure and bonus potential Supportive, team-oriented working environment Hybrid working (role-dependent) Ongoing CPD and career progression support Exposure to complex, high-value matters Who Should Apply?
