Business Support Coordinator Part Time Pay: £14.63 per hour, 18.5 hours per week, Wednesday till Friday Location: office based only - Ipswich, no hybrid option Length: 8 months Are you available immediately? Are you an experienced business support coordinator? Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Suffolk County Council for temporary Business Support Coordinator to be responsible for supporting the Business Support Manager, Head of Corporate Parenting and wider team with tasks such as financial, administrative, and statistical duties to ensure the service operates efficiently. The Corporate Parenting Team are a countywide operational service which support Fostering and Adoption, Leaving Care, UASC and Children's homes. Typical responsibilities of a role at this level would be to undertake a comprehensive range of administrative duties to support the efficient delivery of services, day to day management of specific processes carried out in service area including financial, IT and HR processes, diary management, making appointments, arranging and preparing for meetings, taking minutes etc - experience in minute taking and co-ordination of meetings and diaries is essential for this role. The right candidate would have demonstrable experience of working in a business support environment, strong organisational, interpersonal, communication and administration skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task in order to meet competing deadlines, excellent IT skills.
