Job Title: Executive Assistant / HR Advisor Location: Suffolk Salary: c £45,000 (depending on experience) Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Some International Travel Driving Licence: Full, clean UK licence required An experienced Executive Assistant and HR Advisor with a solid understanding of the manufacturing or engineering sectors, you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Commercially astute and confident supporting C-suite executives, you'll be comfortable shaping this role from the ground up. You'll principally work in close partnership with a dynamic, self-sufficient Managing Director who has not previously had dedicated EA supportoffering a unique opportunity to define how the role adds value from day one. You'll be diplomatic, assertive when needed, and capable of balancing everyday varied tasks with a logical, strategic approach. You will be someone who enjoys taking ownership & accountability and thrives in an ever changing growth environment. You'll review the current HR practices & processes, but deliver your suggestions for streamlining.
