Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, and specialists to create and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Use assessment data to monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Promote a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere focused on respect, safety, and student empowerment.
