Key Responsibilities of Managing Director * Develop and deliver robust growth strategies to expand market presence. * Inspire, lead, and mentor a talented team to achieve and exceed business goals. * Identify and secure new business opportunities, particularly in service-led sectors. * Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships at all levels. * Ensure regulatory compliance and champion best practice throughout the organisation. * Foster a culture of innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement. The suitable candidate for Managing Director will need to possess the following skills and experience. * Significant senior leadership experience in debt recovery and/or enforcement, working as Managing Director, or Sales Director. * Proven success in delivering debt recovery, debt purchase for sectors such as energy, utilities, renewables, local authorities etc * Commercially astute with a track record of driving business growth and profitability. * Inspirational people leader with outstanding stakeholder management skills. * Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver results and drive change, if necessary. * Understanding of regulated environments and commitment to excellence. * Experience with mergers and acquisitions is desirable, but not essential.
