What’s on Offer: Ongoing contract with long-term potential Immediate start £250 to £400 per day, depending on experience (Likely outside IR35) Part-time & some remote working, may be considered. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and competitive electrical cost estimates for building services projects Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings where required Work closely with project managers and design teams to ensure alignment Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market rates and trends About You: Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the building services or M&E sector Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Legal Information: We act as an employment agency for permanent work and as an employment business for temporary work.
