Bridgeman recruitment Services are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team on a busy housing site. The role involves supporting trades, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and assisting with general site duties to help ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: * Assisting tradespeople (bricklayers, joiners, groundworkers, etc.) as required * Keeping the site clean and tidy (sweeping, waste removal, etc.) * Loading and unloading materials and deliveries * Moving materials around site safely * Setting up and dismantling temporary barriers and signage * Basic manual handling tasks * Following health and safety procedures at all times * Reporting to the site manager or supervisor Requirements: * Previous experience on a housing or construction site (preferred) * Valid CSCS card (essential) * Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative * Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks * Good communication and timekeeping skills * PPE: Hard hat, boots, hi-vis (must have) Desirable: * Manual handling certificate * First Aid or Asbestos Awareness
