Key Responsibilities: * 60% on the tools and 40% covering compliancy and supervisory tasks. * Monitor and manage Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal environmental conditions and carry out any works needed on the critical plant including AHUs. * Analyse compliance data and generate reports to support facility operations. * Work with a team of six engineers, a supervisor, and a contract manager to maintain building integrity. * Contribute to the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules. * Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Qualifications: * Experience working on AHUs and Plant * Formal training in electrical, mechanical, or BMS systems. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
