Site Manager – Cut & Carve Project (Grade II Listed) Marylebone, London Competitive Day Rate – Flexible for the Right Candidate Start ASAP | Contract until End of January 2026 The Shore Group are recruiting on behalf of a reputable contractor for an experienced Site Manager to join a high-profile cut and carve refurbishment project in Marylebone, Central London. Project Details: * Grade II listed building * Remaining works value: approx. £6m (total project value £18m) * Overseeing the external envelope, including traditional roofing and brick/blockwork packages * Reporting directly to the on-site Project Manager and Project Director Requirements: * Strong experience managing external packages on complex refurbishment projects * Proven track record with cut and carve schemes, ideally within Grade II listed or heritage buildings * Background with Tier 2 main contractors preferred * Ability to manage subcontractors and uphold safety, quality, and programme expectations This is an immediate requirement, and the successful candidate must be available to start ASAP and commit through to the end of January 2026
