Production Supervisor

A leading engineering client in the Cookstown area is seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Supervisor to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. Manage a team of 10 dedicated individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to minimise downtime. Resolve production issues promptly and effectively. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
