If you answered yes to the above, then this SEN TA role is for you The Role – SEN TA This SEN TA role requires an experienced SEN TA to work 1:1 with children ages 5- 11 who have ASD. As a SEN TA you will have worked with children who have SEN, working under the direction of the class teacher and supporting children emotionally and academically managing challenging behaviour. The ideal SEN TA will have strong behaviour management skills and experience with SEN this may have been in a mainstream school or a residential setting.
