Management Accountant - Bourne - Attractive package Our client is a long standing family-run business with a mission to inform, entertain and inspire our communities by providing trusted quality products and content. Management Accountant Role responsibilities * Engage closely with internal departments, building strong working relationships * Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations * Prepare and review management accounts, including cash flows, key performance indicators, and budget vs actuals * Production of financial and non-financial management information for senior management * Review VAT returns * Run monthly payroll * Reconcile subscriptions revenue * Support the Group Accountant, as required * Provide support to external auditors at year end * Oversee, develop, and mentor junior team members Personal requirements * AAT, ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified * Good working knowledge of payroll processing * Experience with Sage is desirable * Excellent communication skills * Proficient in all elements of Microsoft and in particular Excel In return they offer an attractive salary, a company pension and life assurance scheme, ongoing training and development, and a real career path.
