Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) - Worcestershire Shift Pattern: Rotating 3 shifts - 6am - 3pm Monday - friday, 10am - 7pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 5pm Tuesday to saturday. Location: Worcestershire Industry: Food Manufacturing Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias and experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? We are seeking a proactive and reliable engineer to join our dynamic team to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of our brand-new production lines. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance on production equipment. Quickly diagnose and rectify breakdowns to minimise downtime. Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and production lines. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to maintain continuous improvement. Requirements: Electrical bias with solid fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Experience in a food manufacturing environment is essential. BOAS qualification (advantageous). Recognised engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, ONC, HNC, or equivalent).
