A genuine interest in autism and a desire to learn more. A team player who’s also confident working independently. Good communication and record-keeping skills. Willingness to support with personal care when needed. GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) are a bonus, but not essential. What we offer: A competitive salary and benefits package. A warm, welcoming team that values your input. Ongoing training and professional development. Flexible working options (ask us about part-time roles). The chance to make a meaningful impact every single day. If this sounds like the kind of role you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you. Please send us your CV and a cover letter telling us a bit about your experience and why you’re passionate about supporting autistic adults.
