About this role You’ll be responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and platform engagement while also acting as the voice of the user—commissioning and shaping platform enhancements and new features that delight. Key Metrics (if applicable) Significant growth in platform users and active engagement across universities and student unions. Increased awareness and adoption of the software through strategic marketing campaigns. Regular and impactful product updates driven by user feedback and data.
