This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting high-profile clients, helping ensure the smooth coordination of services, and maintaining strong relationships across a growing portfolio of key accounts. What you'll be doing: Acting as the main point of contact for key clients - managing queries, call outs, and concerns with professionalism and urgency Building strong relationships and understanding each client's individual needs Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely service Updating client portals with accurate, up-to-date information Monitoring account performance and identifying areas for service improvement Producing service reports, gathering feedback, and supporting senior management Answering inbound calls and emails with a confident and customer-focused approach Providing quotes for additional services and logging client feedback What we're looking for: Proven experience in a key account or customer service role Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail and high standards of administrative accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to pick up systems quickly Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities at once Positive, personable, and passionate about delivering great service A team player with a professional and mature approach This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in their work, and is looking to grow within a company that values its people and its customers.
