We at northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking hte below position in Lancaster on a Residential New Build Site: An experienced Gateman / Traffic Marshall is required on a large Residential New Build Site for a reputable builder. Day to day duties will be but not limited to managing site and local traffic - allocating deliveries of materials, guiding staff and personnel across site. Days of work: Monday to FridayHours of work: 7.30am – 4.30pm Duration of work: On going hire - 6 Monthst You will be asked to labour. For this position, you must have the following: * CSCS * Bankperson advantageous * Full PPE (Hard hat, Hi Viz & Steel toe cap boots) You must have previous experience in labouring on site, backed up with recent & relevant references to this role
