Mechanical Technician

Mechanical Technician – Engineering – Up to £35k Package We are recruiting for a growing organisation who are looking for a Mechanical Technician This role is a site based position with visits out to clients sites a few times a year across the UK and will involve overnight stays. This role offers a combination of hands-on, workshop-based manufacturing, and on-site servicing. Running production equipment safely, identifying process improvements, operating lifting equipment. Carrying out onsite servicing and warranty work and providing technical assistance to clients on site. Mechanical Technician – Package Salary up to £35k Private Pension 9% Death in Service *4 25 Days Bank Holidays Paid sick pay Mechanical Technician – Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) - Essential Driving License – Essential DBS Cleared – Essential Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Essential Willingness to train and develop new skills within the company - Essential Experience in a quality-controlled environment - Desirable Health & Safety certification - Desirable This would suit someone who has worked within Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Heavy Manufacturing, Production, Technical Engineering, or a Manufacturing Workshop.
