Residential Childcare Worker Britsol / Somerset Temporary-Permanent Role We are bringing you the opportunity to work with an expanding and growing organisation, who are looking for Residential Childcare Workers to join their team. You will be working in a Residential Children's Home with a maximum of 4 Children ages 8-16 years old with varying needs. Your previous experience in this sort of setting will allow you to best support the children and build relationships that nurture and provide a safe and welcoming environment! In this role you will hold be willing to work towards or already hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare and a confidence to work alone or as part of a team of support workers, championing best practice. This role has the opportunity for shift work throughout the week and including weekends and offers an enahnces salary for sleep in shifts! You will have active opportunities to progress your career in a thriving company with the ability to complete further qualifications and learn from the senior team. This is a temporary - permanent position meaning you will register and start as temporary staff for a set period of time with the view to become a permanent member of the team after 12 weeks.
