Welder/Fabricator – £18.00 per Hour | Temp-to-Perm | Overtime Paid at 1.5x Aspirare Recruitment is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join our client’s experienced site installation team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent hours, competitive pay, and the chance to work on varied and interesting steelwork projects across client locations. Welder/Fabricator Salary & Benefits * £18.00 per hour * Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate * Temp-to-perm position with long-term career potential * Working hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm, Friday 7:30am–2:30pm * Weekend work available Welder/Fabricator Job Responsibilities * Attend various client sites to carry out steel structure fitting and installation * Perform fabrication and welding tasks on mild steel components * Assist with steel erecting and fencing repairs as required * Read and work from technical drawings and site instructions * Maintain site health & safety standards and represent the company professionally on location Welder/Fabricator Skills & Requirements * Strong background in fabrication and welding (MIG/TIG) * Experience with steel erection and site fitting is highly desirable * IPAF licence required (scissor lift experience desirable – training provided if needed) * CSCS card beneficial but not essential * Ability to work independently and as part of a team This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled fabricator/welder looking for varied on-site work with a reputable employer.
