Senior Maintenance Engineer

Senior Maintenance Engineer Nottingham | £50–60k DOE | Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00 We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Maintenance Engineer to lead reliability and improvement across a modern food production site. You'll be the go-to expert for breakdowns, PPM, and continuous improvement — shaping systems, mentoring engineers, and keeping the line running smoothly. What You'll Do: * Lead reactive and planned maintenance * Fault-find across mechanical/electrical systems (including PLCs) * Mentor junior engineers and shape engineering standards * Drive automation and CI projects What You’ll Bring: * Strong experience in food/FMCG maintenance * Solid mechanical/electrical skills (ideally 60/40 split) * Calm under pressure, high safety standards, team player Perks: Private medical, L&D budget, wellbeing allowance, 28 days holiday, volunteer days, product discounts & more.
