Site Manager - Refurbishment - Freelance PSR is proud to be partnered with a leading contractor currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a key refurbishment project. This freelance opportunity is ideal for a Site Manager with a solid background in managing refurbishment works across commercial, education, healthcare, or mixed-use developments. Experience working on live sites and within tight programmes is essential. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Lead day-to-day site operations with a strong focus client liaison Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery Manage health & safety compliance and uphold site standards throughout all phases Oversee snagging, de-snagging, and handover processes with close attention to detail Maintain effective communication with external and internal stakeholders SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead on busy, fast-paced sites This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment projects
