SEN Teacher

We are working with a welcoming and inclusive school that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs. What you'll be doing: Planning and delivering differentiated lessons tailored to individual education plans (IEPs) Creating a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents/carers Monitoring and assessing student progress, adapting strategies where necessary Supporting the emotional, social, and behavioural development of pupils What we're looking for: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with SEN specialism or experience A compassionate and resilient teaching style Experience working with children with a range of additional needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD) Strong behaviour management and communication skills A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff Not quite the right role?
