KS2 Class Teacher – Redditch Location: Middle School, Redditch Start Date: September 2025 Contract Type: Full-time, with potential to become permanent Working in partnership with: Bordesley MAT and Smile Education Smile Education is currently supporting Bordesley MAT to recruit a dedicated and experienced KS2 Class Teacher for a full-time role at a Middle School in Redditch. This role is ideal for a passionate teacher with excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and support pupils in their academic and personal development. You will be responsible for delivering the KS2 curriculum and contributing to a collaborative and supportive school environment. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Proven experience teaching within KS2 Strong behaviour management skills A proactive and committed approach to teachingThis role has the potential to lead to permanent employment for the right candidate.
