Non-Negotiables: Ability to deliver the National Curriculum across KS1 Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents Confident classroom and behaviour management Provide a safe and nurturing environment for pupil development Applications welcome from both Experienced Teachers and ECTs Your Role Will Include: Teaching and inspiring pupils in your class, ensuring strong progress Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons Setting and marking homework tasks Supporting pupils with SEN and managing classroom behaviour Upholding the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies What’s in it for YOU?
