Job Description

Join our growing engineering business as our new Customer Care Manager! This is a unique opportunity to build and own our customer support function from scratch, becoming the central point for all customer queries. If you're a highly organized, customer-focused leader who can ensure every issue is handled promptly and professionally, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: * Be the go-to person for all customer care issues. * Manage the lifecycle of customer queries: logging, tracking, prioritizing, and delegating to the right internal teams (engineering, projects, commercial, etc.). * Ensure timely communication and resolution for customers. * Optimize processes to enhance customer care efficiency. * Analyze data to identify trends and reduce recurring issues. * Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service. * Champion the customer's needs and drive continuous improvement. We're looking for someone with: * Proven experience as a Customer Care/Service Manager, ideally in a technical sector (engineering, utilities, construction). * Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * A confident and accountable delegator. * A calm, solutions-oriented approach committed to outstanding customer experience. * Experience with CRM/issue tracking systems is a plus
