Water Operatives (Repair & Maintenance)

Join our expanding team as a Water Operative and help keep communities across Scotland supplied with clean water! You'll perform vital repair and maintenance on the Scottish Water network, handling both planned and reactive jobs. Working at sites across Scotland What You'll Do * Repair and maintain clean water mains and services. * Support pipework tasks (digging, laying, repairing, reinstating). * Operate plant/machinery (mini-diggers, breakers, etc.). * Work with teams to complete jobs safely and efficiently. * Record work accurately using handheld devices. * Ensure safety, environmental, and customer service compliance. What You'll Need: * Experience in water infrastructure (utility or contractor). * Knowledge of pipework and repair techniques. * NRSWA (Streetworks) card – essential. * EUSR Water Hygiene/SHEA Water card – desirable (training available). * Good site safety awareness. * Full UK driving licence – essential
