Repair and Maintenance Supervisor

Title: Clean Water Repair and Maintenance Supervisor: Location: Livingston with travel to sites. Responsibilities: * Leading field teams and making safety the top priority. * Making sure your teams are trained, compliant, and working efficiently. * Promoting a “right first time” approach to reduce errors and complaints. * Planning future works to reduce disruption and avoid delays. * Approving method statements and risk assessments from contractors. * Carrying out safety audits and implementing improvements. * Managing vehicles and drivers to ensure compliance with policies and road safety. Requirements: * Experience supervising teams in the utilities or water sector. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Confident decision-maker with good communication and diplomacy. * Health and safety awareness — IOSH or similar is desirable. * Ideally holds NRSWA, SMSTS/SSSTS, or CDM training. * Full UK driving licence is essential
