CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Mechanical Estimator / Mechanical Engineer / Commercial Gas Engineer Demonstrable experience of working as a mechanical estimator previously, my client would also be open to taking someone from a mechanical/commercial gas background who may be looking to come off the tools. Good customer service skills, well presented and articulate with the ability to build credibility and rapport with high profile clients Excellent IT skills, including experience on word, power point, excel - Microsoft office Attention to detail and accuracy in terms of relaying information. Experience of pricing/quoting/estimating Mechanical projects would be advantageious but again someone from the tools in this area would be considered too. Good knowledge of mechanical/heating equipment and prices etc, Motivated and trustworthy with an ambitious attitude, this is an ambitious and growing business seeking like-minded individuals JOB INFORMATION - Mechanical Estimator / Mechanical Engineer / Commercial Gas Engineer Based from Preston (Hybrid also considered)you will be responsible for carrying out the estimation for mechanical project works for commercial customers such as hospitals, retailers, restaurants, high security sites, leisure contracts etc. Processing quotes and liaising with clients, carrying out site surveys where necessary and working closely with the design and projects teams Ensuring accurate information is updated and distributed on time, tenders are submitted accurately and mechanical estimates are both profitable yet competitive
