Highways Technician Supervisor

What You’ll Do: • Supervise and coordinate highways operations while ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met. • Manage traffic to facilitate smooth flow and compliance with all relevant regulations. • Oversee footway resurfacing and drainage installation projects from inception to completion. • Implement New Roads and Street Works procedures, ensuring adherence to all applicable legislation. • Collaborate with a diverse team on various grounds and civils projects. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience as a Highways operative with strong supervisory capabilities. • Solid knowledge of traffic management techniques. • Hands-on experience with footway resurfacing and drainage installation. • Familiarity with New Roads and Street Works regulations. • NRSWA Supervisors card is essential. • In-depth understanding of NRSWA 1991 and its applications. • Experience in resurfacing and surface treatment is highly advantageous.
