Contracts Manager

Join us as a Contracts Manager and take charge of critical sewage network projects! We need an experienced leader to oversee end-to-end delivery of contracts involving CCTV surveys, jet vac operations, and utilities work. This is an impactful role where you'll ensure excellence in safety, quality, and commercial performance. What You'll Be Doing * Managing wastewater infrastructure contracts, especially sewer CCTV and jet vac cleaning. * Leading projects from planning to on-time, on-budget completion. * Ensuring strict adherence to H&S, environmental, and quality standards. * Managing and guiding site teams and subcontractors. * Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Collaborating with commercial teams on finances and reporting. * Driving continuous improvement. What We Need * Proven Contracts Manager experience in utilities, specifically wastewater/sewer. * Deep knowledge of CCTV, jet vac, and drainage maintenance. * Solid grasp of safety and compliance regulations. * Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. * Strong ability to manage budgets, contracts, and client relationships. * Full UK driving licence is essential. * NRSWA, SMSTS, or Confined Space qualifications are highly desirable
