About the Role: As Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in overseeing clinical practices within the home, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring that residents receive exceptional, person-centred care. You'll work closely with the Home Manager and wider multidisciplinary team to promote a safe, supportive, and dignified environment.
