Early Years Practitioner

Duties as an Early Years Practitioner: Assisting in the delivery of creative, play-based learning activities Supporting the class teacher and early years practitioners in daily routines Creating a caring, safe, and stimulating environment Encouraging children’s social, emotional and language development Observing and recording children’s progress Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Ideal Early Years Practitioner: Has a relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) Loves working with young children and understands their needs Is patient, kind, and full of energy Has good communication skills and works well in a team as a Early Years Practitioner.
