We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to provide effective classroom supervision in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment for all students. The Role: Supervising lessons already planned by the class teacher Managing student behaviour in line with school policies Responding to any questions from pupils about the set work Ensuring the classroom remains focused and on-task Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and conduct What We're Looking For: Previous experience working with young people (e.g., as a teaching assistant, youth worker, sports coach or tutor) is highly desirable A confident and professional manner, with strong classroom presence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and a proactive attitude Degree holders or individuals with aspirations to teach are encouraged to apply Why Join Tradewind?
