SEN Teaching Assistant We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Stevenage. The role involves supporting pupils with a range of learning needs across different age groups. About the role: You’ll be working in the classroom, helping pupils with their learning and day-to-day activities. The role includes supporting lessons, helping with personal care where needed, and taking part in activities such as swimming and after-school clubs. Key details: Hours: 8:45am – 3:45pm, Monday to Friday Start date: September 2025 (or earlier if available) Salary: £24,000-£26,000 (FTE) What we’re looking for: Someone who enjoys working with children and young people A calm and patient approach Experience in a school or care setting is helpful but not essential Willingness to get involved in all aspects of school life What’s on offer: A friendly and supportive team A varied working day Training and development opportunities On-site parking
