You will assist and support the delivery team in all aspects of their duties to ensure we deliver a professional and efficient service to our client. Reporting to the operations manager and directors within Trenchless Technologies you will be able to confidently manage a busy workload on your own initiative and will adopt a flexible approach to your working day. This is a full-time permanent role based from our Weston-Super-Mare office. As a Project Administrator you will… * Workforce & Site Administration: Manage timesheets, PPE issuance, scheduling, closing jobs, and maintaining accurate records in systems like Ipsum Live. * Procurement & Supplies: Request purchase orders for supplies, monitor safety kits to ensure compliance, and handle general admin tasks. * Training & Compliance: Oversee the training matrix, book courses, manage quality assurance packs for relining works, and track necessary documents. * Fleet & Logistics: Report drivers’ hours, coordinate with the fleet for vehicle bookings, and support project costing by tracking relevant data. * Client Relations & Problem Solving: Gather client feedback, add measures, build strong working relationships, and address issues early to prevent escalation. About you… Ideally have experience and strong background in office-based, customer-focused roles, supported by solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Organised, self-motivated, confident working with data, familiar with Health and Safety requirements, and bring a professional, flexible, customer-focused approach.
