Mechanical Site Supervisor – £55,000 Travel 25 Days Holiday Wantage | £4M M&E | 24-Week CAT B Fitout We’re seeking a reliable and organised Mechanical Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a fast-paced £4M M&E CAT B fitout in Wantage for a high-profile motorsport client. You’ll be working alongside the Site Manager and Senior MEP Project Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of mechanical works on site. Your responsibilities will include overseeing mechanical trades, checking quality of installation, monitoring progress against programme, and ensuring all works are carried out safely and to spec. You’ll be actively involved in toolbox talks, permits to work, coordinating deliveries, and resolving on-site issues as they arise. This role suits a supervisor who’s confident on site, has a strong understanding of commercial mechanical services (ductwork, pipework, plant rooms, etc.), and thrives in a fast-moving environment. Previous CAT A or CAT B fitout experience is important. The role is site-based in Wantage with an immediate start available
