Lecturer in Fabrication and Welding Hourly Rate: £27 - £35 Location: Plymouth Job Type: Full-time REED are always recruiting specilaist in education Day-to-day of the role: Deliver high-quality teaching in Fabrication and Welding to students at levels 2 & 3. Conduct lessons in both classroom settings and practical workshops, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience. Develop and implement innovative and effective teaching strategies to meet educational standards and industry demands. Assess and evaluate students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their learning outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Fabrication and Welding industry to ensure relevance and accuracy in teaching content. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in Fabrication and Welding, with a strong practical and theoretical background. Ability to deliver outcomes effectively within tight schedules, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills. Creativity and innovation in developing educational materials and teaching strategies. Adaptability to changing teaching environments and ability to respond effectively to diverse educational challenges. Strong motivational skills, with a positive attitude and the ability to encourage and inspire students. Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
