IFA Administrator - Hybrid working

We’re working with a highly respected financial planning firm that is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and growing organisation, providing vital administrative support to financial advisers and helping to ensure clients receive outstanding service throughout their journey. The Role: As an IFA Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting Financial Planners with all aspects of client administration. This will involve: Processing new business and managing the client database Preparing accurate reports and documentation Handling provider and client communications Managing trades, transfers, and valuations via platforms Supporting with trust administration and complex cases Maintaining accurate records and tracking workflow progress Assisting with review reports and annual reviews This is a varied and fast-paced role, perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. What You’ll Need: Previous experience in a similar financial planning/wealth management administration role Strong knowledge of financial products and platforms Familiarity with Intelligent Office (or similar back-office systems) is an advantage A client-focused approach with excellent organisational and communication skills A proactive, team-player attitude Benefits Include: Basic salary to £32,000 Minimum of 25 days holiday (increasing with service) plus holiday buy/sell option Annual salary review Hybrid working Group pension, Life Assurance Full exam support Access to a number of additional benefits This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading Wealth Management practice.
