Job role: Teaching Assistant Level 3 – Primary School Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester Salary: £95 - £105 per day Job Type: Full-Time (Mon–Fri, Term Time Only) Start Date: September 2025 Are you a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant - Level 3 looking to make a meaningful impact in the classroom? Value Education is seeking a dedicated TA to join a thriving and supportive primary school in Manchester from September 2025. The Role: You will work alongside teachers to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your experience and preference. You’ll be providing targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and achieving their full potential Deliver tailored interventions in literacy, numeracy, and other key areas Assist in classroom preparation, resource creation, and pupil supervision Collaborate closely with teachers and SENCO to meet pupils’ learning needs Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Proven experience supporting children in a primary school setting Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development A caring, proactive, and positive approach to learning support DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through us) Why Join Value Education?
