Year 3/4 Teacher

Key Responsibilities: * Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners in a mixed Year 3/4 class. * Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching accordingly. * Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to thrive. * Work collaboratively with colleagues and attend staff meetings, INSET days and planning sessions. * Contribute to the wider school life, including supporting school events and enrichment activities. About You: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. * Strong understanding of the primary curriculum, particularly for lower Key Stage 2. * Able to plan and deliver creative, inclusive and effective lessons. * A reflective practitioner who is committed to ongoing professional development. * A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
