Social Worker Location: Wiltshire Rate: £36.65 per hour About the role: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team in Wiltshire. This is an integrated front-door role, meaning you will be directly involved in assessing and responding to client needs without case holding responsibilities. You will work collaboratively with other professionals to provide high-quality social work services. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs. Develop and implement care plans. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure integrated care. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Adhere to all relevant professional standards and legislation.Requirements: Social Work Degree (or equivalent) HCPC registration Experience working within an integrated front-door setting (desirable) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
