Support Worker for homeless and addiction Runcorn/Widnes £12.47ph Temporary on-going Brook Street Social Care are currently looking for support workers to help support a well-known organisation based in the Runcorn and Widnes area. Our client supports adults in supported living accommodation at risk of homelessness, struggling with mental health issues and substance abuse. The role: Supporting clients who have mild or complex mental health needs Support with substance misuse, addiction and homelessness Housing support Offering emotional support where requiredWhat we'll need from you: A minimum of 6 months' experience working within the care sector in the UK A DBS registered for the Update Service (preferred) Flexible for day and night shifts Benefits: Competitive pay rates On going training and development Flexible hours/ rotas to suit your lifestyle Up to full time hours 24/7 support from Brook Street Social Care
