Qualified Paraplanner - Fully Remote

Paraplanner HW Global are working with a financial services firm that’s on the lookout for an experienced Paraplanner to support their advisers and admin team. If you’re detail-driven, love digging into the numbers, and want to be part of a business that delivers thoughtful, high-quality advice to clients, this might be for you. What You’ll Be Doing: Preparing clear, thorough investment reports for new and existing clients. Putting together pre-investment packs to support financial consultants’ recommendations. Researching markets, products, and trends so clients are always getting up-to-date, competitive advice. Working closely with administrators to provide technical support when needed. Building and maintaining strong relationships with investment and insurance providers. Making sure everything you do aligns with FCA Conduct Rules and internal policies. What We’re Looking For: Diploma-qualified (or working towards Level 4 in Financial Planning). Confident with complex financial planning – including vulnerable client situations. A solid understanding of investment products, pensions, and protection solutions. Comfortable balancing technical detail with client-friendly communication. This is a full-time role on a contract basis, fully remote, with offices across the UK, and you’ll be reporting to a Paraplanning Manager who genuinely values your input.
