Process Engineering Manager (Pharma)

As part of ongoing growth, I am looking for a Process Engineering Manager (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing) About the Role This pivotal role is responsible for the development, support, and validation of equipment and manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will play a key part in both sustaining existing manufacturing capabilities and introducing new technologies, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of new technologies , control systems, and processes from concept through to production. Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to support and optimise manufacturing operations. Provide input into the design of equipment and the layout of manufacturing processes . Interface with equipment vendors to ensure timely and successful delivery, installation, and commissioning of new machinery. Conduct and oversee validation activities for equipment and processes, including protocol preparation, execution, and reporting. Analyse process data using statistical process control (SPC) techniques to identify opportunities for improvement. Drive initiatives for product, platform, and cost improvements across the operation. What I am Looking For: A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Proven experience in a similar role within a GMP-regulated, manufacturing environment . Strong understanding of process validation , statistical analysis, and process improvement methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
